England started well and went ahead after only four minutes after a fantastic move between Steven Sessegnon and then Phil Foden down the left side of the playground; Foden’s low cross was missed by 2 Turkish defenders letting Nketiah to stab the ball home from seven yards out.
Nelson had an opportunity to score however, the teams went into the span level after Dogukan Sinik scored following 25 minutes and dashed clear.
England made a start to the second half and they paid the cost six minutes after the restart. A corner saw Mert Muldur get away from his marker and his free rush to the post watched him flick the ball.
But, into the game turned on its mind. Foden was the architect , darting goalwards before threading a pass in Leeds just inside the penalty area and on loan to Nketiah, provided a finish.
Immediately Nelson netted what was the winning goal with a shot which may have taken a deflection off a Turkish defender.
