NASCAR at Bristol: Odds, prediction, sleepers, drivers to watch for Food City 500

NASCAR is taking a break and this weekend’s event heads into the half-mile place at Bristol Motor Speedway.

While the racing will be shifting up a bit at the moment, the storylines stay virtually the same: Kyle Busch has one of the best cars every week, Kevin Harvick is still looking for his first triumph and Brad Keselowski and Denny Hamlin will probably be lurking for their third successes. The past is the past and Busch has all of the background at Bristol Motor Speedway, together with seven career wins at the track with 10 5s and 15 top 10s to his name there, as well. He will be looking for his third triumph and won the race of last year in the spring , but it should also be noted he has wrecked in Bristol in three of his final eight races, therefore there is some risk here.

Hamlin and keselowski do not really have the exact same track record as Busch in the track, but Harvick has been the very best in terms of consistency lately. He has not finished outside the top 10 in his past seven races and has just two wins there.

History says he should factor to the win, but he has had the car this year, to acquire and that can’t be dismissed. So until Harvick demonstrates he can get a win it’s quite difficult to call it being made by him .

We’re going with Busch again because he has factored into the laps in every race, has got the best car and enjoys Bristol he has been in this year from the Cup Series on down to the Trucks.
